1. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Your use of the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Texas Law Gals.

An attorney-client relationship is only formed after:

Unless otherwise stated, lawyers at Texas Law Gals are not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. By using the Site, you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
13. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect. The invalid portion will be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect as closely as possible the original intent.
